I, Irea Graves, will perform a reporting to stock exchanges consultation by answering your email questions concerning the planning and control of the rules and regulations made under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the filing of certain other data, including a copy of its constitution, bylaws, and rules of procedures.

An email reporting to stock exchanges consultation is $172.87 per hour payable in advance with a money order; payable to Irea Graves. The reporting to stock exchanges consultation will cover:

6.       the role of the controller for companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange
